1) Kapsam

OwlKeep; not, gorev, ses kaydi, cizim, konum etiketi ve fotograf eklerini yonetmek icin kullanilan kisisel bir uretkenlik uygulamasidir. Uygulama iOS ve Android platformlarinda calisir.

3) Veri Depolama ve Guvenligi

Tum veriler cihazda AES-256-GCM ile sifrelenir. Bulut senkronizasyonu (iCloud / sunucu) kullanici tarafindan acikca etkinlestirilmedikce hic bir veri disariya gonderilmez.

Yedek dosyalari da ayni sifreleme ile korunur; sifre anahtari yalnizca kullanicida bulunur.

MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS Android Sesli not kaydi sirasinda ses donanimini yapilandirmak (giris kaynagi secimi). Kayit disinda etkin degildir.
NSSpeechRecognitionUsageDescription iOS Sesli notu metne donusturmek (isteğe bagli ses tanima). Ses isleme cihaz uzerinde gerceklesir.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription iOS & Android Kullanici talep ettiginde nota veya goreve konum eklemek. Arka planda konum takibi yapilmaz.
NSFaceIDUsageDescription / USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT iOS & Android Uygulamayi Face ID, Touch ID veya parmak izi ile kilitlemek / acmak. Biyometrik veri hicbir sekilde kaydedilmez veya aktarilmaz; dogrulama tamamen isletim sistemi tarafindan gerceklestirilir.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS / UNUserNotificationCenter iOS & Android Gorev ve yapilacak ogesi hatirlatmalarini zamaninda gostermek.

5) Veri Paylasimi

Kullanici verileri pazarlama amacli olarak ucuncu taraflara satilmaz veya paylasilmaz.

Bulut yedegi icin kullanilan servis saglayicilara (orn. sunucu altyapisi) yalnizca sifrelenmis veri aktarilir; saglayici ham icerigi okuyamaz.

6) Veri Silme

Kullanici notlari, gorevler ve ekleri uygulama icinden silebilir. Uygulama cihazdan kaldirildiginda tum yerel veriler de silinir.

Privacy Policy and User Agreement

This document explains how OwlKeep collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

1) Scope

OwlKeep is a personal productivity app for managing notes, tasks, voice recordings, drawings, location tags, and photo attachments. The app runs on iOS and Android platforms.

  • Notification and reminder preferences
  • App lock preference (biometric)

3) Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted on-device using AES-256-GCM. No data is transmitted externally unless the user explicitly enables cloud synchronization.

Backup files are protected by the same encryption; the encryption key is held solely by the user.

MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS Android only Configure audio hardware during voice note recording (input source selection). Not active outside of recording sessions.
NSSpeechRecognitionUsageDescription iOS only Convert voice notes to text using on-device speech recognition (optional feature). Audio processing happens on-device.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription iOS & Android Attach a location tag to a note or task when the user requests it. No background location tracking is performed.
NSFaceIDUsageDescription / USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT iOS & Android Lock and unlock the app using Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint. No biometric data is stored or transmitted by the app; authentication is handled entirely by the operating system's secure enclave.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS / UNUserNotificationCenter iOS & Android Display task and to-do reminders at the scheduled time.

5) Data Sharing

User data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cloud backup service providers receive only encrypted data; the provider cannot read raw content.

6) Data Deletion

Users can delete notes, tasks, and attachments from within the app. All local data is removed from the device when the app is uninstalled.
